The Moment Waiting for IELTS Result

IELTS_副本After sitting for the speaking test, I was thinking that I messed up the test due to some grammatical mistakes. So, the only thing that I could do was hoping at least 6.0 for an overall score. I’ve checked online forums and discussion groups regarding how much to pay for recheck, procedure for review, register for next test if I got a lower band than I need.

Waiting for about 13 days, I was so nervous to log into the IELTS result checking page at 9.00 a.m., but the result hadn’t been announced yet. By 10 a.m., I could check my result online and the Test Report Form was sent to my home by postage at 11.00 a.m. According to the British Council, some candidates couldn’t get their result on time due to the reviewing process for quality control checking by the exam authority. So, don’t worry if you haven’t received your result after 13 days.

The moment I logged into my IELTS account, I was praying that I can pass the test with at least 6.0 for every section, which is the minimum requirement for most courses I wish to apply. Thank god, the result was great for me as I scored over 6.5 for all listening, writing, reading, and speaking test. So, recently I’ve encouraged some of my friends to take the test because it deserves a try.
