Thanks Paul, the one who nominated me for this amazing award. As far as I know, he is a great personal trainer with 25 years of experience and currently runs his palfitness blog with great success.

How this blog started:

I published my first blog post on 16 December 2015, a week before Christmas and two weeks before the New Year. My initial reason to start blogging is to share experience and learn from others. And guess what, I got so much additional knowledge through blogging, just like theme design, article writing, programming coding, and countless experience I’ve gained here. Of course, many new friends I have connected here are very engaging and always give me a hand no matter what.

Two lessons I’ve learned:

  1. Be consistent, do not give up when you feel your blog is getting less and less visitors. Just keep writing some good articles that makes you and your readers feel comfortable with.
  2. Never stop learning no matter what and voice out your perspective so that the world can hear you.

Golden rules for the nomination:

  1. Write a post to show your award.
  2. Give a brief story of how your blog started.
  3. Give two advice to new bloggers.
  4. Thank whoever nominated you and provide a link to their blog.
  5. Select 15 other blogs you want to give the award to.

  1. Sorry I’m late, catching up…wow, thank you so much for the nomination!!! 🙂
So glad you’ve added your voice to the blogosphere and glad we found each other in this giant virtual haystack!
Thank you kindly for the award. Lessons I’ve learned, wow, so many, here’s my latest post which has the links to all my blogging tips or advice posts – while many are tongue-in-cheek, there’s stuff I’ve learned, most of all, be yourself.
Thanks again, I see I’m in wonderful company here. 🙂
