Meditation is easy, I spend 10 to 15 mins every day for a short session:
1.) Sit on a chair or on the floor, set timer (to avoid falling asleep).
2.) Turn off notifications from social media (to avoid disturbance).
3.) Turn on relaxing music (I like this Tibetan Healing Music*).
4.) Close eyes and breath slowly (breath in, hold and breath out).
5.) Focus on breathing slowly.
6.) Let’s feel the emptiness (try letting go any thoughts).
