I’d like to invite you to disconnect the Internet for 15 minutes.
Take a deep breath and drink a glass of pure water.
Have a comfortable seat, relax, close eyes, try to feel the emptiness in our mind.
When new thoughts come,
it’s just a neural process, let it be,
like looking at the ripple of the river,
it appears and disappears.
Treat it as neutral as possible,
don’t pay attention to any thoughts.
Just let it come and go.
Enjoy the moment without any goals;
deep into the emptiness of mind.
