We’re supposed to have a rest, then
“Just a 15 minutes to check my inbox, social media, news feed…”
we never feel comfortable
without clicking the little number on the notification icons.
This is how the exploration begin:
“There must be something I missed…”
In fact, we can hardly achieve that 15 min goal.
Ads, news, social media, friend’s messages, and endless searches.
We are so attracted to new things.
Our minds are then stuffed with plenty of information.
SO, we are lost and overwhelmed.
The simple way to find way out:
disconnect the internet;
set a time limit and schedule for it.
Take a deep breath;
give our minds a rest.
Very true, so valuable to disconnect, but sometimes so difficult to do!

Yes, that’s challenging but I believe disconnecting for at least 15 minutes is good for clearing our minds. Cheers.
