Keep an inspiring quote;

and repeat it 3 times a day.

Some called it mantra, the powerful spell of the day.

Believe it or not, if you’ve done this before, you may know our brains work well with any given instructions, regardless of negative or positive commands. The Law of Attraction is always applicable here, if we think of “I definitely can do that too!” This command will be stamped subconsciously in our mind if we recall it everyday.

In contrast, people who always think negatively will judge the world being unfair no matter how well they’re living.

Try to keep a daily mantra to appreciate the positiveness of living.

Simple. Blessing. Cheers.

  1. Have you heard of affirmations? They are positive thoughts that we need to repeat everyday until we get what it is that we need. (Success, good health, love, etc) It’s one of the ways to train our subconscious.
